Conditions of Sale

These conditions apply to all orders received and accepted by Crocodile Toys .The placing of an order by the you, the customer constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The ownership of the goods transfers to the customer upon payment in full of the goods.

Orders

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours except if ordered on a Saturday before a bank holiday when they will be dispatched next working day.

Delivery Information

All our orders are delivered for a flat fee of £4.95.

All products in your order will be posted together.

We use Royal Mail 1st class. For an extra charge we do provide Recorded Delivery and International Signed for, for a more secure and traceable service.

Refunds / Returns Policy

We realise on occasions that you may wish to return an item you are not completely satisfied with it or it has gone missing in the post.

Order not arrived

If you have not received your order within 7 working, please notify us. We will contact you to establish what you would like to do; receive a refund or have a replacement (this will depend on if we have the items in stock). If you request a refund this will be processed through the same details you gave on the original payment.

Unwanted order

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return, please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt.

It is your responsibility to take care of the item(s) and insure that it is returned in the same saleable state as we sent it.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to us; we suggest using Recorded Delivery. Using this method if the packet goes missing it is easier for you to trace with Royal Mail.

Once we have received the item in the same condition as we sent it, we will issue a refund for the total cost of the order. The refund will be issued by the same means you made the original payment.

Damaged or defective item(s)

At Crocodile Toyshop we always check the toys before sending them out to our customers, but we understand that on occasions things can get missed or can get damaged in transit.

If you receive your order and it is either damaged or defective we need you to notify us of the problem within 7 days of receipt.

You will then need to return to us the damaged/defective item(s). We request that you return the item(s) to us by Recorded Delivery. This method can be traced if the order goes missing. These charges will be refunded to you.

Privacy Statement

Crocodile Toyshop is committed to protecting your privacy and only use the information collected about you in accordance with the data protection act 1998.

When you place an order we need to know your, name, address, email address, telephone number and payment details. This allows us to process and fulfil your order.

We use your personal information to notify you to confirm your purchase, to send an email when despatching your order. With your consent we may contact you with updates on products and promotions.

We do not pass your details onto any other thrid party with the exception of your credit/debit card validation during your purchase.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with data protection.

We use "cookies" to track patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. A "cookie" is an element of data stored in your browser that our website sends. You can set your browser to prevent this happening. Any information collected this way can be used to identify you unless you change your browser settings.

In order to process your credit/debit transactions the bank or card processing agency (Paypal/Google Checkout) may require to verify your personal details.
